This house, located near the Puerta de Andratx, arose from the desire to unite two worlds that rarely meet: the solidity of the rustic and the clarity of the contemporary. The result is a refuge in the truest sense of the word. Upon arrival, the space, the tranquility, and the mountain views unfold like a backdrop you never tire of contemplating. Here, nature isn’t just decoration; it takes center stage.

Inside, natural materials and tones create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Three floors blend seamlessly together, each with its own character, yet all sharing the same heartbeat: that of a house that invites you to stay, disconnect, and enjoy life in peace.

Every project has a seed; in the CONCEPT PHASE, we sowed ours: the idea, the style, the materials, and the atmosphere that would guide all subsequent decisions. From there, in the DEVELOPMENT PHASE, we moved from the design concept to the most concrete and specific details. In the DESIGN PHASE, we translated this vision into technical documentation and refined each decision so that the construction company could execute the work with the precision of a bespoke suit.

When choosing the furniture, textiles, and accessories, we always kept in mind who would live in the house: comfort and aesthetics had to be inextricably linked. And finally, the decoration and furnishing project ensured that, upon opening the door for the first time, nothing would be missing, every object would be in its place, and every corner would be full of life.
