Na Fatima
Mallorca, Spain
Na Fatima is a home born from silence and light. Located on the outskirts of Valldemossa, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, its surroundings—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—offer a serene and almost untouched beauty. There, the landscape sets the rhythm: animals grazing in the distance, the gentle song of birds, and a tranquility that envelops everything. Na Fatima is not just seen, it is felt.
Distributed across three levels—semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor—this high-end home has been conceived as a welcoming refuge, where each space engages in a dialogue with the natural environment. The interior design team approached the project with particular sensitivity, understanding that working in this unique location meant respecting its essence and its roots. Materials, textures, and light combine to create a warm and balanced atmosphere—a home that welcomes and, at the same time, honors the privileged landscape that surrounds it.
Our work began in the CONCEPTUAL PHASE, defining the idea that would give character and coherence to the entire process: the style, the materials, the atmosphere. From there, we worked closely with the architecture team in the DEVELOPMENT PHASE, delving deeply into the layouts and spaces. In the PROJECT PHASE, we finalized everything necessary for the construction company to execute it precisely, refining each decision on-site and achieving the effect of a “tailor-made” design.
The furnishing project focused on the comfort of the future inhabitants, choosing furniture and materials that complemented the aesthetics and character of the whole. And finally, the decorative and prop design project completed the circle: attending to even the smallest detail so that, at the time of the move, the house would be ready to be lived in. The finishing touch that gives a home its soul.
