MAR ADALT

Mallorca, Spain

MAR ADALT was born with a purpose: to ensure that every square meter had meaning.

This feeling is evident in how the light enters and flows through the spaces, how every corner has a purpose, but also a sense of calm. We designed each floor to make living there easy, intuitive, and liberating.
Located in the prestigious Marivent enclave, an area marked by historical legacy and distinction, the materials were chosen not only for their beauty, but also for what they convey: warmth, tranquility, and permanence.

And for those who live closer to the sky, the penthouses offer something more: the sea on the horizon, the city at their feet, and that unique silence that only exists at such heights.

From the interior design department, we began with the CONCEPTUAL PHASE, defining the guiding principle that would accompany the entire development: the style, the materials, and the atmosphere that would give coherence to each of the 23 residences, along with their communal areas. In the DEVELOPMENT PHASE, we delved into the layouts and designed the spaces with intention, facing the added challenge of maintaining consistency and quality throughout the entire project. In the DESIGN PHASE, we translated that vision into the technical details and construction decisions, ensuring that the final result precisely matched our initial concept.

For the show flat, we went a step further: we carefully selected each piece of furniture and every material with the future residents in mind, striving to make comfort and aesthetics inseparable. The interior design and decor project provided the finishing touch, meticulously attending to every object and texture so that the space would convey, from the very first moment, everything this development represents.
